Raymond did an extremely helpful job for us to find and buy a new place on City Island. His local knowledge and his many contacts were instrumental to find a special place that fits our wishes. He was excellent in the negotiations with the seller’s party. He is always available and responsive and was very proactive and always on top of the negotiations with the seller side. I cannot think of a better broker for City Island than Raymond.
